The following terms and conditions are valid between you and I Blame Lulu ApS and apply to all use of and orders placed on our webshop, and orders made by telephone or by e-mail. Please note that I Blame Lulu does not guarantee that all products presented on the webshop are in stock or are available for purchase. I Blame Lulu reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any given time. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time that you place your order. is a webshop that sells its private label brand name I Blame Lulu and pre-loved items (second hand). As a customer on, you agree that pre-loved items can show visible signs of use and tear. We check all the clothes for defects and errors and try to describe the condition of the item to the best of our ability. Should it happen that you receive an item with errors and/or defects, which are not described in the description, you are welcome to use your 14-day right of return.

When you place an order on, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest. If you choose to create an account, we will only store the information that you provide on the order, such as shipping address and billing address, as well as personal information given to us by you, so that it will be possible for us to ship and deliver your order. 

When creating the account, you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in and view your order history and track your order. In case you check-out as a guest, you will still be able to track your order by using the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you would like to delete an account, you can contact, and we will assist you in doing so. When you create an account with us, you can also choose to store a credit card for a future purchase. All information regarding your stored credit card(s) can be changed and/or deleted, when logging in to your account or by contacting us by email -

By using the webshop and/or placing an order on the webshop, by telephone or e-mail you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept these. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. 
Please note that items on I Blame Lulu’s webshop are also for sale in our physical stores. It may, therefore, happen that an item you buy online has been sold in the store at the same time. In such a case, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We strive to keep our stock updated and for such issues not to occur.

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product that you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

Please note that all orders, placed by you, are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation or pick-up notification is our acceptance of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email. If we have received the payment for the product, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

The prices and delivery costs shown on the webshop include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the webshop may vary from time to time, and the prices may also vary between the physical stores and the webshop.

A payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Dankort, Mastercard, VISA Electron and American Express. All products from the I Blame Lulu label are stated in DKK and EUR and all include Danish VAT (25%). You may be charged the VAT of your country upon delivery. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the delivery company in charge of your parcel. Please know that this can delay the delivery, as the goods will be held back by customs until you have paid the taxes. It is your responsibility to contact the delivery company and pay for these extra costs. The pre-loved goods sold on are sold under the VAT on second hand goods, unless other information is given. The goods sent from cannot be sent as a gift to countries outside of the EU, as an attempt to avoid local taxes.

All purchases made with credit cards are verified by a secure code, and all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection. You may also be subjected to 3D secure before you can finalize the order. On, we do our best to make the webshop as secure as possible.

You can also pay via MobilePay or use a gift card as a payment form. Gift cards purchased online cannot be used in store, and gift cards purchased in store cannot be used online. I Blame Lulu’s gift cards are valid for two years from the date they were purchased. 

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs, which are further specified at our check-out. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays (does not include public holidays), or 1-2 business days during sales periods. See all of our delivery options here:

If you choose click and collect (pick up in store), you will be notified by e-mail, when your order is ready for pick up.

When the shipment has left I Blame Lulu, you will be able to to track your order via the link in our footer, or you can log-in into your account and check your order status here.

If you purchase outside of the EU, you might be charged taxes, when your parcel is delivered. If this is case, you will be contacted by the shipping company. Please, be aware that the shipment can be delayed, because the parcel is being handled in customs. It is you responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay for these extra charges.

Please read our return policy before returning your item to make the process easy and as fast as possible.

At I Blame Lulu, we sell both our own private label I Blame Lulu and pre-loved items. All returns are treated the same, however, we note that pre-loved items (second hand), sold on, cannot be subject to complaints about ordinary use and tear that must be expected from a product with a certain age and worn by a previous owner. It is, therefore, important that you, as a buyer of a pre-loved item, accept that such a purchase may carry visible signs of wear.

If the item is not as expected upon delivery, and you wish to return it to I Blame Lulu, you have 14 days full return policy from receipt of your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered and unworn with all I Blame Lulu hang tags still attached to the garment. Returns that are damaged or returned without our labels may not be accepted as a return and will be returned to the sender. Please note that I Blame Lulu do not pay for the return costs, if you choose to return an item.  

If, you return an item outside of the EU, you might be charged a handling fee for processing your goods, when the parcel arrives in Denmark. If this is the case, I Blame Lulu will deduct the amount, when processing your return order. If, I Blame Lulu is charged any other handling fees during the return process, these fees will also be deducted from your total amount.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. If you refuse to pay any import duty/Tax/VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the order and any import duty/Tax/VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

Custom clearance cost of 25 EUR associated with a cancellation or return will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. 

If the item is damaged upon arrival, we offer to repair the item for you, or you can return the item to us. In case the item is damaged, we will pay the return costs back to us. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for more information here:

It is also possible to return your order, or exchange your product in our store on Frederiksberg.

Should you wish to exchange an order for another size or item, we ask you to return the item and place a new order on 

When your item has been received and returned successfully, we credit you the amount back through the same payment method used, when placing your order. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to handle and to show in your account due to longevity of the shipping back to us, internal processing and differences in payment providers. If you have not received your refund within three weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us at or by phone on +45 53 80 53 93.

Please note that we only receive return orders in our store on Gl. Kongevej 101 on Frederiksberg. We cannot accept return order that are send to parcel shop, with DAO etc. 

I Blame Lulu acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please contact us, as soon as possible, after receiving any defective products.

I Blame Lulu may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although I Blame Lulu strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. In situations where I Blame Lulu acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Danish Law (excluding the international sale of goods act). Any disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Copenhagen, as the court of first instance.
