If you wish to return an item, please be aware of the following:

Return the item within 14 days after receiving your parcel.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received and unused with all I Blame Lulu hang tags - still attached to the item.

Please remember to note your order number on the return order or enclose an order copy that was send to you.

You can make a return by sending it by mail, or you can return it psychically in our store at Gl. Kongevej 101, 1850 Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. Please note that we only receive return orders in our store on Gl. Kongevej 101, 1850 Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. Our store at Jægersborg Allé is temporarily closed. We cannot accept return order that are send to parcel shop, with DAO etc. 

Please be aware that I Blame Lulu does not pay the return costs.

When I Blame Lulu receives the return item(s), we credit the amount back to the same payment method as used, when buying the item(s).

If, you wish to exchange an item to another size, color or another style, we kindly ask you to place a new order on iblamelulu.com.

If you return outside of the EU, you might be charged a handling fee of DKK 200. If, this is the case, I Blame Lulu will deduct this from the total amount of return costs.
