1. Why should I Blame Lulu sell my items?

You should let us sell your products, because we have the ability to reach a large number of customers. We have a loyal clientele that visit our stores and follow us and Instagram, as well as a webshop, where we will showcase your items in the best way possible. We also take care of all customer handling and marketing to sell your products the fastest way possible. 

2. What payment method does I Blame Lulu accept?

I Blame Lulu accepts credit card payments via: Visa, Visa Dankort, Mastercard, VISA Electron og American Express. We also accept MobilePay. You can also pay with a gift card purchased on our webshop. It is not possible to pay with a gift card that is purchased in our store.

3. When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order within 24 hours from the time that you receive your order confirmation during business days (this does not include public holidays). Your order will arrive depending on where you live. See our delivery section here.

4. Can I collect my order in your physical store?

Yes, you can choose the delivery option ‘Click and Collect’ at check-out and pick up your order at our store on Frederiksberg.

5. How does Click and Collect work?

Click and Collect is free of charge. You just come by our store on Frederiksberg, show your order confirmation, and we will hand you your order.

6. How do I track my order?

You can find a link in our footer that will lead you to our delivery service provider. Here, you search with your tracking number, and the site will tell you where your order is at that very moment. 7. Can I exchange my order? 

If you want to exchange your order, please return it as described in our return policy. You must place a new order to obtain the new item. 

8. Can I exchange my order in your physical store?

Yes, you can exchange your item in our store on Frederiksberg.

10. Do I have to pay duty and import charges?

All of our items are charged with 25% Danish VAT. Your order will go through domestic customs controls and clearance procedures upon arrival to your country. This may cause delays during the delivery process. Any taxes or duties applied by customs to your parcel is payable by you. Please, contact your local customs office for further details on current import restrictions and duty rates.

13. How do I buy a gift card?

To buy an online gift card, you simply follow the link in our footer that will lead you to our gift card. Here you fill in the information to add the gift card to your basket. When you have added the gift card to your basket, you will be able to purchase the gift card, as with any other product.

14. How do I activate my gift card?

When you have purchased your gift card, the order must be handled by us. You will receive an email with the activated gift card, as soon as we have handled the order.

15. What do I do, if my gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?

I Blame Lulu cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. It is not possible to replace a gift card
